Note from President Desk

B.Ed Degree course has been recently opened at Mount Everest College, Senapati as composite institute with an annual intake of 200 trainee s (2 years duration) to fulfil the NCTE mandatory eligibility requirement for teaching in Secondary and Higher Secondary Education system. The B. Since Mount Everest College of Teacher Education, Senapati is located at an equidistance between Imphal and Kohima, the institute would be advantageous for the denizen dwelling in and around the area. The introduction of B. Ed degree will definitely serve as an alchemy in the era of Bachelor of Education Degree for aspiring Professionals to teach across the length & breadth of India.

It is hope that Mount Everest College of Teacher Education would be shouldering the responsibility of awarding the deserving candidates for such degree certificate that would facilitate employability to teachers who are entrusted to shape the nation's future.
